ZVMS Street Medicine provides direct care to people experiencing unstable housing
through street rounds and community clinics.

The ZVMS Foundation proudly supports The TABLE.

The TABLE is a collective of individuals with direct experience of homelessness who provide input on policies, projects, and programs in Olmsted County.

The TABLE receives an award from the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless

ZVMS Foundation Launches Fundraising Campaign for Eye Care Clinic

The ZVMS Foundation has launched a fundraising campaign to support the ZVMS Street Medicine Initiative’s eye care clinic to be held in May.

On May 20, 2023, the Street Medicine Initiative will partner with homelessness service agencies to provide an eye care clinic for our community members experiencing unstable housing. 

The eye care clinic will be held at The Landing MN in the afternoon of May 20. Medical students and physicians will provide free eye care. Eyeglasses will be provided at no cost to visitors of the eye care clinic.

History

Originally established in 1998 to raise money for medical student and nursing scholarships, the ZVMS Foundation was reinstated to promote the health of our communities.
